The place is clean, toys are displayed well and to our comfort, price tags are visible from where they are kept.. avoiding some hassle there. The staff is helpful, friendly and responsive. Parking space is fine I guess, 3 or 4 spaces for cars I might say. It is amply clear they take their money seriously, I did not see a speck of dust so to speak. Children will enjoy the time spent in looking around, exploring and choosing their toys. It's a toy shop experience.
The flip side though, I thought was the fact that there are only the very common, of course popular toys. For having gone to a specialist in toys, I'd have preferred to have a choice that a gift shop or a super market can't provide. It is true that businesses will supply what sells... It could still be a good idea to be able to cover buyers who come looking for something beyond the scope.
As it is a large area and children do enjoy the place and it makes for a great toy shop experience, I'd say adding a small hands on table for kids to play at might add to make it a happier experience. Toy shopping in my opinion is a lifestyle aspect and not so much a utility. It could and should be done in ease and comfort. It must be pleasant. Evergreen toys I'd say... Almost there... Just a few...
Read moreI recently visited this shop , and it turned out to be a delightful experience. The store is well-organized, bright, and filled with a wide variety of toys that cater to children of all ages. From educational games and puzzles to action figures, dolls, and outdoor playsets, the selection is impressive and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to find exactly what youâre looking for.
The quality of the toys is excellent, with many well-known brands as well as unique items that you donât often find in larger chain stores. Prices are reasonable, and there are options to suit different budgets without compromising on quality. I also appreciated the seasonal collections and gift-wrapping service, which made shopping for birthdays and special occasions very convenient.
What stood out the most was the staffâs friendliness and knowledge. They were patient, helpful, and happy to suggest age-appropriate toys or guide me toward the best choices. Their enthusiasm created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made the shopping experience enjoyable.
Overall, the shop is more than just a shopâitâs a place where childrenâs imagination and creativity truly come alive. I would highly recommend it to parents, grandparents, and anyone looking for the perfect...
Read moreFrom a customers perspective, not really worth it. But first the good bits, the place is clean, cool and the toys displayed wonderfully, the children will feel excited to be in the shop. Now, the toys are expensive and the choice not really any different than what you get in your local novelty store - no value add there We brought a guitar and the first time my child played it, the strings came off. I had paid more than 700 rs for it. I approached the store to say that the string came off, will they repair it. They said "no" nor did they have any contacts with them that could help me. I took the guitar to a novelty store near my place who also stock it and asked if they could help. The store owner did it for 50 rs. He also showed me the same product and told me he would have given it to me for 600 rs. So in the end i paid more and got nothing in return for it. Add to it packing was extra as were carry bags, both of which the novelty stores have free. So for middle class parents like me who are looking for value for money, not recommended, stick to your local novelty store. If money is no concern and you want a certain experience, shop in style ... then yes, its a good...
