Go Kart Race Track, Play Arena — Attraction in Bengaluru

Visited play arena thinking to spent a whole day . So my son could have a great time . However things were not as we expected .

So sharing our feedback for the management to look into it and fix it .

Booked 2 combo pack which includes 5 ride and meals .

1. most of the rides , we were told that it's been booked for a group so we can't get into the ride .

It would have been grateful if we were known about this at the reception itself . Not happy with that at all .

2. Again same thing happened at the meal time . Half the items are over bcz of the crowd . So ended up eating what they offered us . Starter were so cold and asked them to heat it up , the staff reacted as if i asked one of his kidney .

So we used the coupon in the remaining available games. So over all not happy . Need a lot of improvement from the management side . Starting from the staff attitude .

We were looking forward to go at play arena for quite some time but got the opportunity to go there on 26th Nov with my wife. Overall experience was good and would definitely recommend people to try. Prices for the experiences are little on a higher side. I must say that from the outlook it might not look that big to you but but it is really very very big and has almost everything as far as outdoor games are concerned. It is not like Smash and ozone that are mostly focussed on indoor activities, their focus is on the outdoor activities. We couldn't try bowling as it was busy but from the looks it is very small and not comparable with other options. I think these people are lacking on their marketing as the crowd was less and the reason could be their high prices. They should focus on having more crowd involved in outdoor activities like lawn tennis,badminton as their charges are very high like...

Not a place for go karting

It would have been a wonderful excitement filled experience for gokarting. But the organizing of slots for gokart and the track doesn't seem worth your time. If you don't book prior to coming here you are not given any priority and the website does not have any booking options to begin with. The organizing could've been much more sensible and considerate. I would've rated 0 if that was an option.

There are better places like Red Rider that offer longer tracks of 750m and here the track is also too small. Additionally i would recommend torque or loco bear where we experience multi level tracks. There's nothing...
