I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude and satisfaction with the exceptional quality of education and care that my son has received at Klay School. I have been consistently impressed by the school's commitment to fostering his growth and development. My son joined Klay School at the pre-K level and is currently in K1. The progress he has made in terms of his development is truly remarkable, and I firmly believe that this is a direct result of the unwavering dedication and efforts of the school's outstanding teachers and caregivers. The nurturing environment they provide has been instrumental in shaping his communication skills and boosting his confidence. I have witnessed his communication skills evolve significantly, and his increased self-assurance is evident in his daily interactions. I thank Rukaya ma'am my son Harvey's teacher for the progress he made. She is a great teacher and my son like her whole heartedly.

One of the aspects that I greatly appreciate is the genuine care, soft-spoken nature, and genuine affection that the teachers and aunties extend to my child. It is abundantly clear that their sincere involvement contributes not only to my son's well-being but also to his eagerness to attend school each day. Their commitment to creating a secure and nurturing environment has made me feel assured of my son's safety. The school's comprehensive safety measures further underscore the dedication to ensuring our children are protected.

The educational journey my son is embarking on is enriched by the exceptional training provided by Klay School. We are associated with klay since two years my son was enrolled in PTRC and HSR we really had very good experience then later when we changed to harlur .I had the unfortunate experience of enrolling my child in this school, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The center head seems to be blissfully unaware or perhaps just apathetic to the chaos that reigns within the school walls.

Let's start with something as basic as diaper changes. It's astounding how such a simple task can become a Herculean feat at this establishment. Diaper changes are delayed to the point where my child often comes home uncomfortable and irritated. It's unacceptable that a basic need like this is neglected.

And don't even get me started on the promised camera access for parents. We were assured that we'd have real-time access to monitor our children's activities, but it took a staggering month of constant follow-ups and escalations just to get a glimpse.

What's even more infuriating is that these issues seem to be specific to the Harlur center. It's as if they're operating in a parallel universe where efficiency and basic care standards don't apply.

The basic hygiene practices. Dress changes, a simple task that should be a given in any daycare setting, are neglected to the point of absurdity. Children are left in soiled clothes for extended periods, which not only compromises their comfort but also raises serious concerns about health and hygiene standards.

Communication is virtually nonexistent until you raise hell and escalate matters to the heavens. It's beyond comprehension that parents have to resort to such extremes just to get a response.

Overall, if you value your child's well-being and your sanity, steer clear of this school, especially if you're considering the Harlur branch. The lack of concern from the center head, coupled with the consistent delays and disregard for basic necessities, make this establishment a breeding ground for frustration and disappointment.

Our overall experience with Klay has been amazing. My son has been going to Klay since he was 1 yr 8 months old. Initially, we were a bit skeptical about the overall environment that our kid would get, but now I can say for sure it is nothing less than top notch. Few pointers :

1. The teachers, staff and everybody else here is very good. They understand kids very well. Above all, they have unlimited patience to deal with such young kids. I have never seen anyone here loose patience in any scenario - howsoever difficult it might have been. His teachers are very patient and helpful at every stage. Mamta Mam and Preeti Mam have been an integral part of Atharrv’s school journey. They make sure that they attend to every kid with a personalised approach.

2. As a school, I like Klay because they have a clear cut learning path. Many of the other playschools that I reviewed, do not have a defined curriculum or a proper path for learning. At Klay, they are very planned and execute it in the same way. They send out a monthly newsletter where they mention what all things they are going to teach the kid. Their curriculum is so well designed as per the age of the child that it never feels burden to the kids.

3. One of the best things is they teach kids about a lot of life skills. The one that I like the best is handling and understanding emotions. It helps them very much to express how they are feeling.

My kid joined Klay Haralur in Jr Toddler and now he is in Sr Toddler and we are very happy and content with our decision of sending him to Klay. Due to these reasons, I decided not to put him in a regular school and continue with Klay instead.
