My requirement is to buy Arabica Coffee powder. Whenever I visited noticed Nemkhan. Have to state the following about Nemkhan : Extremely hardworking : whenever I see her she is cleaning , polishing the glassware , refilling the stocks. Never seen her idle Always smiling and willing to understand customers and their needs Once there was no stock of Arabica When I entered the shop about 2 weeks later she saw me and immediately retrieved the Arabica packets for me Such sincerity and commitment are to be rewarded Hope Nemkhan is given a good rise and is promoted as she can inculcate these qualities in her Team All the best Nemkhan

Visited on 13.09.2022. Requirement was Arabica coffee the plain variety. HSR Branch at 17th Main CCD didn't have this variety. He was helpful and informed that Haralur Road branch had the stock. When I arrived Radha the person at Haralur Road branch recognized me instantly. She kept aside three packets for me. Also she was smiling and ready to help me. I visited Café Coffee Day for the first time yesterday, after people telling me about the delicious desserts. Sadly, when I came most of the dishes as well as the shakes were out of stock. I ordered with the QR code on the table and chose from the few things available. After 20 mins. the server came outside to tell us that the QR code order is not working we have to come inside and order. Then one of the things I ordered wasn’t available even if shown available in the menu. Finally, I got a chili-garlic bread and a chocolate shake. The garlic bread was good. Front desk employee in this store has a lot of attitude. Went to get a cold coffee and she bluntly said credit card machine stopped working. No apology, no options. I gave cash - she again bluntly said - I don’t have any change.

They are forcing us to pay through UPI and try to save on credit card fees. This is on a super expensive ₹250 coffee !

I asked her - what if I didn’t have UPI ? Are you going to send me out ?

She didn’t care to even respond.

When I said I don’t need a carry bag but can you give a cup to split the coffee with mu daughter - no I can’t give you ! Cups are chargeable.

Pathetic customer service. Stay away...
