I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience during a lunch visit at your establishment.
I had made a reservation for lunch and was looking forward to enjoying a meal. However, I encountered some issues that I felt warranted bringing to your attention.
Firstly, after placing our order for mutton biryani and mutton pepper fry, we were informed that there was no stock available for those dishes. While I understand that this can happen, the way it was communicated was quite abrupt and left us feeling disappointed.
Additionally, I found the behavior of the staff member, Vinith, to be less than satisfactory. His demeanor felt unprofessional and did not embody the level of customer service I believe is essential in the hospitality industry.
I believe that customer service training could greatly benefit your staff, ensuring that they handle such situations with a more courteous and understanding approach.
Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I hope that future customers will have a more positive experience. Staf...
Read moreI visited this on a Sunday for an Andhra Vegetarian meal after seeing great reviews. Service was pathetic and had to call people more than twice and waiters did not hear my requests as they had more tables to attend. The kitchen was noisy due to fights between staff and the eating experience was spoiled. Since it was late lunch and lazy I could not cancel and get up.
Food was okayish - Pappula podi & Pickle were the only thing that tasted like Andhra Bhojanam. Cleaning was haphazard and food particles were pushed to the floor by cleaners, and they were dirtying the chairs in the cleaning process.
I liked Rasam, Pappad & the rice gheer apart from pappula podi and avakka pickle. Their menu lacks pachadi, dhal had more chillies like veggies, Kudhi Vangaya did not taste like Andhra stuff.
Would I try again, maybe not!

Read moreWe had a very disappointing experience at AHA bhojanam Here’s what went wrong: • Crazy Chicken Lollipop: For the price we paid, the quality and taste were a huge letdown. Ambur Dum Biryani’s chicken kebab, which costs ₹150 for six pieces, tastes much better and offers far more value. • Boneless Chicken Biryani: It wasn’t boneless chicken at all—just tandoori pieces mixed into biryani rice. This felt misleading and poorly prepared. • Mutton Biryani: The dish was all masala, with no balance or proper flavors. • Kaju Curry: This was the worst dish we’ve ever tasted. The curry was spoiled, and the kajus were soggy, soaked in bland tomato puree, making it inedible.
The overall quality and taste didn’t justify the prices. I hope the management reviews their standards and works on improving the food and...
