Nalban boating is one of the most peaceful place  in city of joy.They also give this portion for parties during marriage season so one has to checkout whether it is given in parties or not.What a scenery wahoo.A blue sky with a wonderful water lake with so much of greenery around.One gets mesmerised with such a amazing beauty.I have been to nalban boating innumberale times.Last I visited nalban when I was not feeling good.I love to see the beautiful nature that has been created by god.So I went there.I took a boat ride and paddled the boad enjoyed the nature's beauty .Then filled my stomach with few  goodies and foodies.Overall a nice place with lots of silence and beauty of nature.Best time to vist this place is winters as there is no sweating then. With the amount of stress adding to our day to day lives, traffic and pollution, negativity and complications with life, to avoid all of it and free you're mind for a brief moment this is the place to be at.Located near or next to nicco park is a tourist nature attraction of kolkata known as NALBAN.The place has a lot to offer including boating m, greenery, picnic and the most important point "Peace & Relaxation ".A perfect spot for picnic and an ideal spot for loved ones and couple to spend a proper day and evening.Almost every single taxi driver would know the place and more o less every bus crossing nicco park would go there as well, but if you have a 2 or a 4 wheeler then there is an ideal parking spot for you.The place is huge and my first visit to the place was with my family, there were many couples and families as well enjoying their picnic .The best would be to visit the place during Winters or rainy season as you would be able to enjoy the complete scene of the place to the most.Rather than planing a trip to "Mandarmani" or some where away from the city one can easily take a trip here and...

The unique thing about the place is the lake that measures nearly 400 acres in surface area which means a very huge place to go long way. Beautiful green waters surounded by beautiful plants and creepers makes it more romantic and lluring.

Its a very good picnic spot. There are many things to do here like boating, paddle boating, shikaras, hovercrafts.

While being there at this magical place, enjoying the ride of a boat feel the cool breeze of the lake kissing your skin, singing in your ears and get mesmerised.

At Nalban there is a well managed food court where you can have Indian and International meals.
