This review is about ordering online not about quality of food. Today I placed order for 2 medium size Pizzas where there was an offer of '50% OFF'. Mistakenly I forgot to add the Voucher No. while ordering and paid the full amount instead of half of it through my credit card. When I received a call from the restaurant, I requested 3 things: 1.either to cancel the order and take a fresh reply: not possible. 2. Please modify the order so that I get the discount by means of holding the credit for next order, reply: not possible; 3. Provide me 4 packets what I am supposed to get from the offer; Reply: Not possible. I feel there should be some option for modification. I am feeling bad as the conversation happened within a minute of ordering and obviously the order was not ready for delivery...

We all know Pizza is a delicious & mouthwatering food and when it's from Pizza Hut we always expect something special.So it meets my expectations as 🍕's are very soft and cheesee.This outlet is situated in a very known place and have a very good ambience with low lights and some beautiful wall decor.Service is also very good as I paid the bill amount by card and found there is an extra 100rs. charge so I immediately asked them and they also cooperate with me to look into this and found there is some technical fault during computerized bill generation.They gave be back 120rs. cash including the tax.Perfect place for date and had lunch/dinner...

We were here for some pizza cravings .. As usual they have served cheesy and hot pizza and we have satisfied our taste buds.. We have ordered meal for 4 and that was very big deal .. There was 2 medium size pizza , garlic sticks , potato fries and paneer pocket .. So I have choosen 1 chicken pepperoni pizza and 1 smoked chicken pizza .. Also we have ordered 2 Pepsi bottle seperately .. so our bill was ₹ 960.. So each and every items were good and as per price that was good deal .. I didn't like the paneer item very much .. outlet was very clean .. and staffs were well behaved .. will go for...
