This KFC branch of Diamond Plaza mall is a good and big place for hangout and have great taste of chicken. Okay... Mostly everyone knows about KFC. But the main issue here is costs are being more compared to good restaurants offering same crispy chicken for a good deal. It's not like whatever they make is top notch. I guess they should do quality control and setup management team to work with the business to provide good deals to consumers. Too much bad experience !!

Staff are too bad , they are busy in their own world

They dont even turn ac on after asking for several times !

They dont have cold drinks fountain in stocks . They ask to buy can even if you are buying a meal which have cold drinks in it , they will ask to buy a can just beacuse they dont have fountain in their stocks .
