Sinq Night Club — Attraction in Goa

I am writing this review to share a deeply troubling experience we had at Sinq night club and Sinq Prive on June 30th, 2024. What was supposed to be an enjoyable evening turned into a humiliating and distressing ordeal, thanks to the unprofessional and aggressive behavior of the club’s security staff.

My Wife and I, who were traveling from Bangalore, decided to visit the Night club and find a stay were ready to book a room and avail the club’s services. However, upon arrival, we were met with undue hostility. The security personnel not only denied us entry to the reception but also humiliated and harassed us in the middle of the night. They assumed we were causing a quarrel over a parking slot, which was not the case at all.

To our surprise, the parking for the 3 star hotel’s night club was on the roadside, something we were willing to accept as we were eager to enjoy our night out. So despite explaining our intention to book a room there itself without further delay and get our belongings and car to safety, the security’s behavior remained hostile and denied us entry assuming that we are not going to book the room.

Seeking resolution, we asked for the reception area of the Sinq Prive (which was not visible upfront) and approached the security manager, hoping for a fair hearing and acknowledgment of the issue. Unfortunately, this interaction was even more bitter. The security manager not only refused to listen to our concerns but also desperately twisted the facts to blame us, the customers. They twisted the facts and falsely accused us of causing harm, further escalating the situation unnecessarily. It was clear that their priority was to protect their staff, regardless of the truth. They could have atleast confirmed with the reception of the night club or check the CCTV footages available as a step further to cross check our intentions which they were clearly not ready to do as they realised that the truth is on our side.

This experience left us feeling deeply humiliated and unfairly treated. A night club should be a place of enjoyment and relaxation, not a venue for unwarranted harassment and unprofessional behavior. The actions of the security staff and manager at Sinq were unacceptable and have left a lasting negative impression.

We hope this review serves as a warning to others and prompts the management of to address these serious issues. No customer should ever have to endure such treatment, especially when they are simply trying to enjoy a night out.

In conclusion, our experience here was nothing short of a nightmare. We strongly advise potential patrons to think twice before visiting this establishment, and we urge the management to take immediate corrective actions to ensure no other customer has to suffer as we did.

Pros:

• None to mention due to the overwhelming negative experience.

Cons:

• Hostile and unprofessional security staff. • False accusations and twisting of facts by the security manager. • Unresolved issues and lack of accountability. (All video proof of the security personnels misbehaving to us is present with us which could not be uploaded as it is 5 mins long and only 30 sec video is allowed to be uploaded in Google reviews)

I'm writing this review to express my deep concern regarding a distressing incident that unfolded at Sinq Night Club on 12/08/23 During my visit, I faced an alarming incident of physical abuse wherein an individual (your in house security) assaulted me, leading to personal harm and damage to my belongings, including my shirt. I requested him to allow me to help my friend get off the reserved area but he chose violence.

This incident has left me greatly unsettled about the safety measures and management at Sinq Night Club. My expectation of a safe and enjoyable evening was shattered due to this incident.

I urge the management of Sinq Night Club to take immediate and serious action in response to this incident. It's crucial for them to conduct a thorough investigation and ensure the prevention of such incidents in the future. Safety must remain paramount for any reputable establishment, and I sincerely hope that this matter is addressed with the urgency it requires.

I will also formally communicating my concerns to the management through proper channels to ensure a comprehensive investigation is conducted. Transparent and appropriate action in response to this incident is pivotal for the overall well-being of all patrons.

I was asked to keep calm as they are locals and can cause harm.

I encourage anyone facing similar situations to take the necessary legal steps and report them to the appropriate authorities...

This is my 4th time to goa and had already been to most of the clubs.. Since there was so much hype about this club, went there trusting the reviews and HATED it.. As it was raining, the entire outdoor was closed and water was leaking from the roof even on the inside… Seating was available for less than 50 people. They said all the sofas are already reserved for VIPs and didn’t let anyone sit there. We were among the first 50 to enter so luckily we got the table.. A hundred ppl were standing all over the place when there were many empty sofas. Apparently, you need to pay 20k to sit on the sofa which is damn expensive. Being a non smoker, I felt extremely suffocated as it’s a closed place and everyone were smoking at the tables and there was no way for the smoke to go out or the air to come in. They charge 3000 per couple and can only be redeemed for drinks.. they say it’s unlimited but only for certain drinks(cheaper ones obviously) Food and DJ seemed okay .. I’m a party person and enjoy a lot in general but I hardly felt like getting up to dance and with that suffocation, I just wanted to get out of there asap.. They promote a lot but don’t fall for it.. Not sure why it’s so hyped.. And yeah, will definitely DON’T RECOMMEND this to anyone .. shacks at the beach or any other private restaurants are much better and cheaper...
