Meghavi Wellness Spa & Salon | Country Club Begumpet — Attraction in Hyderabad

The receptionist always argues on the applicability of the Nearbuy voucher. Even after confirming the appointment between the applicable hours and mentioning the voucher price - once you reach the branch - they argue that it is not applicable and have to “confirm with their team”. Sometimes they don’t know if it’s a new voucher, sometime they say it is not applicable for repeat customers. And mind you this is not written anywhere on the voucher bought at NearBuy. This just spoils the whole mood before the spa.

Receptionist do not read the pamphlet we fill- the kind of massage service, the pressure points - nothing is communicated to the therapist. They just shout and ask the minutes of spa and the OTP. 0 hospitality skills.

If they still don’t want you to come after confirming the appointment - they give you a call back and lie to their tongue that at that hour only a male therapist is available.

Would highly advise - unless you pay the full price - no respect or even basic...

Hi I am a memeber of this meghavi franchise my sincere suggestion to others based on my experience is ... priority and treatment to you as a customer is different before you take membership and after. Once you take membership they promise of lower price but you are not qualified to walk in during weekends or festival time ..unless there is no traffic or other normal customers as they pay full price .and you will be only called given priority if there is vacancy which is obviously during weekdays ..this is not the story with this branch i have called others brances also Jubilee hills and city center Mall.. unfortunately response is the same ..

Bottom line is if you are a customer like me who think taking membership and you walking caling them is a big illusion ..
