Extremely poor service levels with no concern about customers. Their motto only seems to be charging high prices for products and services in the name of the great "German Engineering". Half their support staff are frauds who may sell you things that you dont need or they (technician) offer to provide the services personally at a slightly lower price. They dont attend to calls promptly even after taking extended warranty/AMC money for a number of years in advance. They will not be even able to track your status on their system or possibility they are trained to pretend that way. The least one expects is a service update in case it is taking longer than usual to provide service, but this will never happen with this company. It seems to be a corrupt and slack organisation with huge number of lowly paid contract staff who try to make up their income in other ways. I have been a Siemens product owner for more than 15 years. Generally, the products are fairly reliable. However, all machines need service at some stage in their life. At that time, you are generally forgotten even if you have taken AMC or have a warranty/extended warranty in force. They will send people if they sense they can fleece you with a visit bill of Rs 800 just to look at your machine and additionally huge charges for service and parts running into thousands. મેં બોસ કંપનીનું વોશિંગ મશીન ચાર ઓક્ટોબરમાં પરચેસ કરેલું હતું. 8 ઓક્ટોબરમાં કમ્પ્લેન આવી કમ્પ્લેન રજીસ્ટર કરાવી અને સોલ આઉટ કાંઈ પણ મળેલું ન હતું અને સેટિસપેક્શન આન્સર પણ મળેલ ન હતો. મેં બીજી વાર કમ્પ્લેન રજીસ્ટર કરાવી તો પણ કમ્પ્લેન દસ દિવસ પછી સોલ્વ કરી અને મને રિપ્લેસમેન્ટ પ્રોડક્ટ કરી આપેલી રિપ્લેસમેન્ટ માટેનું રીપીટ મશીન મને આઠ દિવસ પછી મળેલું એના પછી છ દિવસ પછી ઇન્સ્ટોલેશન અને ડેમોસ્ટ્રેશન માટે ટેક્નિશિયન આવેલા અને બીજું જે મશીન રિપ્લેસમેન્ટ કરેલું હતું એ પણ કમ્પ્લેન વાળું નીકળેલું અને હું એક્ઝિક્યુટિવ સાથે વાત કરું છું તો એ કોઈ રિસ્પોન્સ કે સર્ટિફિકેશન વાળો આન્સર આપી શકતા નથી મને એવું લાગે છે કે હું બોસનું મશીન લઈ અને પસ્તાવું છું અને મારા ટોટલી પૈસા વેસ્ટ છે અને સર્વિસની રીતે કહું તો બ** સર્વિસ એકદમ પુઅર ક્વોલિટીની સર્વિસ છે ઇન્સ્ટોલેશનમાં પણ પુર ક્વાલિટી ડેમોસ્ટ્રેશનમાં પણ પુઅર ક્વોલીટી અને સર્વિસ ની રીતે તો સાવ થર્ડ ક્લાસ સર્વિસ છે અને પ્રોડક્ટમાં પણ એવું જ છે પ્રોડક્ટ પણ થર્ડ ક્લાસ પ્રોડક્ટ છે પ્રોડક્ટમાં કાંઈ દમ નથી અને રેટ વધારે છે એટલે હું સજેશન કરું છું કે કોઈપણ વોશિંગ મશીન બોસ કંપનીનું લે નહીં અને કંપનીના સેલ્સમેનો આપણે શીખવાડે છે કે કેવી રીતે સર્વિસ કરાવડાવી અને સર્વિસ લેવી એ પોતે સર્વિસ કરાવવામાં પહોંચી નથી વળતા અને આપને શીખવ્યા છે કે તમે આમ કર્ યું છે અને તેમ અમે પણ માર્કેટમાં અત્યારે ચીમની અને એનું કામ કરી જ રહ્યા છીએ અમને ખબર છે બધી કેવી રીતે કમ્પ્લેન રજીસ્ટર થાય છે અને કેવી રીતે સોલ્વ થાય છે એટલે તમારા કંપનીના એક્ઝિક્યુટિવ ને આન્સર આપવો કે એ લોકો કસ્ટમરને શીખવાડે નહીં કસ્ટમર ને બધી ખબર જ છે કોઈ કસ્ટમર ડફોળ નથી થેન્ક્યુ

I had purchased a washing machine from Bose company on October 4. Complaint was registered on 8th October and no soul out was received and no satisfaction answer was received either. Their warranty is a SCAM. I had bought Bosch Washing Machine in 2023 August. Within just one year, the water just started leaking because the rubber gasket got torn. The washing machine is under standard 2 years warranty. Also, I have taken additional extended warranty for 3 more years which cost me 5K+. But the service person said that the rubber gasket is not covered under warranty as it got torn because of some metal cutting it. How did the service person conclude that that the damage in rubber gasket is not due to wear and tear, but some metal cutting it? Is he some grandson of Sherlock Holmes ? :D Now what is the point of taking warranty if I have to pay for the parts ? 5K gone to drain.
