Welcome to the world of Snow & Chaos.
Visited on a weekend (26th May 2018). Charged 600 for adults and 550 for kids. 2-11 yrs is the determined age slot for kids.
Strategically placed ushers guide you towards Snow Kingdom, located on the 2nd floor. They ask for your details and check with no of guests, promise discounted entry but it just a marketing gimmick.
The entry is a disaster waiting to happen. They lack crowd control. The entry and placement of kiosks for baggage/shoes placement could be better. There seems to be no systematic flow or movement of crowd. Upon enquiring the coordinator/crew about the entry procedure he was quite apathetic the way he was handling the crowd.
As soon as they call for the times tour, crowd seems to rush for baggage kiosk, creating a stampede like situation. I cant even imagine what will happen if a toddler slips near that counter.
After you have somehow managed to handover your bags/shoes, next big task will be getting your winter protection gear(jacket, gloves, socks, winter boots, etc).
Though they have seating arrangements, they need to control crown movement/flow to avoid people using elbows to avoid/hit each other. Rather than letting all at once, maybe allow only 10 patrons at a time.
They seem to underestimate the footfall for weekend. They definately lacked manpower. However the crew was helpful.
Once suited up, you will enter (Without further ado) Snow Kingdom.
It's a fun place with some slides, statues, igloo, caves, dancefloor, rock/ice climbing. One would normally spend about 45-60 min. The crowd tends to jump the line, push/shove. The steps for slides are covered with snow and lack anti-skid protection. The footwear does provide fair grip.
Entry/Exit point is same resulting in stampede like situation. Visitors are ruthless and selfish.
The place is fun but definately avoid visiting on a weekend. You will be overwhelmed with crowd rather then enjoying with...
Read moreI don't understand, why this place is rated so high. I would like to mention my experience honestly which was not up to mark. From the ticketing, staff behavior was neutral, they were with plane face, almost I can say zero involvement with their job and smile. Secondly the serves jackets, shocks, shoes, and gloves were so-so. At the entrance only the security staff shocked us with a fact that hardly any person spend all 45 minutes inside.
After all as we entered, it was a chilled whether (almost -10°C), a snow producing machine was at its work. Only two staffs were inside to attend 15 to 20 persons which was too less.
It was a square hall of 4000-5000 sq. feet where different statues were placed which we see usually in parks.
We spent money so we started searching for the mode of enjoyment. And finally concluded that maximum three activities were their to perform. First was sliding on a tube (10 meter), trampoline jump, and running and throwing ice balls on each other.
The fourth distinguished feature was to take snaps with different animal statues.
After 20 mins, they started decreasing the temperature by switching on fans in various directions, which was already at lower side. When asked to the support staff about some additional activities, she mentioned, in last 10 mins, DJ show will be there to enjoy and dance. But it was hard to bear any more and we came out in 30 mins. only.
Yes, I got one lesson too. At that place, I was imagining that how difficult the life would be in other cold countries. I thanked god for giving birth in India where I can enjoy variety of whether, cousins, and taste.
We bought a combo ticket with 10 minute movie experience. And finally can rate that good. Because that roller coaster ride was something good to experience.
So, this was my honest experience with Snow World. Rest you can visit and rate it higher. But I would not, because I found...

It is located in R City Mall, Ghatkopar, which is easily accessible by public transport. The snow theme park is spread over 9000 square feet and offers various attractions such as snow slides, snowball fights, snowmen, igloos, and more. The temperature inside is maintained at -10°C, so you will feel like you are in a winter wonderland.
I visited Snow Kingdom with my wife and we had a blast. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they provided us with jackets, gloves, and boots to keep us warm. We enjoyed the 12D experience, which was a thrilling ride with special effects and motion seats. We also had fun playing with the snow and taking pictures with the snow sculptures. The snow was clean and soft, and it felt like real snow.
The ticket price was reasonable, considering the quality and duration of the experience. We spent about an hour inside the snow park, and we felt it was worth every penny. The park was well-maintained and hygienic, and they followed all the safety protocols. We did not face any issues or problems during our visit.
Overall, we had a wonderful time at Snow Kingdom, Mumbai and we would highly recommend it to anyone who loves snow and adventure. It is a perfect place to visit with your family, friends, or partner, and it will make you forget the heat and stress of the city. It is a unique and memorable experience that you...
