Terrible service.almost every time. A dish as simple as an onion uttapam, was not delivered for 30-35 mins. When we asked, how is it taking so long? His answer straight was abhi banraha hai. We asked its 45 mins... Mr Attitude says with full power... Aapko chahiye to bolo nai to cancel kar do. The Mysore masala dosa that was delivered earlier came soft and mushy, it wasn't even warm to touch. We overheard the waiters and it turns out, our order was mistakenly FORGOTTEN. They didn't admit it. We found out. So much attitude after all that?

Another statement from hubmall Balaji. Here i was alone and not with family, so i ordered only one dish idlisambhar. I kept a 500rs note. Yes i didn't have100 or 200. They are a restaurant they obviously shouldn't have problem with that. The food was good. We ordered 1 masala dosa, 2 dal khichdi, 1 paneer Tikka, 1 fresh lime soda and 4 masala papads along with 1 water bottle.The total bill for 4, including 2 toddlers, was Rs. 1,539. Dal Khichdi was good but Paneer Tikka was a disaster in the making. A plain paneer dipped in Jira water will taste better than this. It was absolutely blant and when we told the same, management didnt seem to even care. We went on the day of Christmas and the service was horrible. Looked like the goal of the place was to churn as many tables as possible without caring for the customers. Couple of empty steel glasses fell down from my toddlers hand and they asked us to return the glasses saying we are disturbingother customers. We were not even done with feeding the toddlers and they asked us for the dessert order. One of the field manager was so rude that he was not even listening to what we were talking about. A total kid unfriendly place with no appetite for service and the goal to just churn around customers. With the restaurant being in the mall, the service is very similar to the food served in the train-Have it if you like it, you are not important to us. If the food isn't nice it can be treated but if the staff doesn't care and has loads of attitude it can't be fixed.
