Bhajana Samaj is a phenomenal place. It is in Matunga. There is a reference to Matunga (might not be the exact borders as defined today) in Ramayan - Mathanga Maharishi, a place where lord Ram visited while in exile. This temple however is not an ancient one. It is a Ram temple and has goddess Rajarajeshwari. This temple is very vibrant and its aura is quite obvious to people who are aware of the energy and vibrations. I personally enjoy all the festivities here, it's done with great dedication and diligence. Evenings during Ram Navami is a delight. Ramanaya story telling is practiced every day. Listening to seasoned story tellers is a treat. Likewise, Navratri is a big celebration. Evening are filled with classical dance/music performances.
