Health Juice Centre — Restaurant in Mumbai

I'm a regular customer of Health and I visit the matunga outlet often. I went there last night around 12:00am. We ordered a strawberry king shake, blaster shake and watermelon juice.

The order was placed at 12:05am. At 12:30am the waiter tells us that the police have arrived and they are not letting us prepare anything.

Police had arrived there at 12:20am due to some vehicle parked without a number plate. My order was placed way before the police even arrived there.

I was not given my order and was asked to leave. This is at 12:30am. The official closing time mentioned online is 1:00am.

We had to leave in disappointed even after spending half n hour sitting in the the area next to the chaat counter. There was no apology, nobody cared or even gave a dime, when we stepped out half the staff is vanished.

The owner I believe (man in specs) was discussing the police encounter with some passerbys when we were leaving. He did not even bother to apologize or make sure we had some explanation as we were leaving with dull faces.

We drove down from Kirti College, Dadar (W) to Health Matunga Kings Circle. It's a good drive away from my house. To drive down that much putting our time, energy, fuel and effort sitting there for half n hour and yet to not get what we ordered.

What is this? This is customer service? Or customers are a joke?

This called poor management. Opening multiple outlets when the original one itself is struggling is give...

So I have been coming to this place from a long time when they did not even have a separate sitting place..I had the most worst experience in my last 2-3 visits where waiters are not only taking orders but also not giving menu card even after asking for 5-6 times. They have a mechanism where a waiter who is inside does not take order from person sitting outside which I came to know recently. How they expect to know this to their customer? We literally were standing just for a juice for 35 mins.. where 2 outside waiters denied to take order saying “ it’s not my area” another just ignored. We then went to counter and ordered a juice. But wait again the counter person said he can’t take order if we are standing ? Like seriously? I said if we do not have an issue having a juice and standing what’s your issue? He was asking me to wait till chair gets vacant. There were 3 customers who came near counter and said we are going due to bad service. Nobody was even bothered. I am not going to go to this place again as Matunga has good amount of places already. What’s the point if waiter is telling me that juice can’t be personalised upon asking to add less sugar?? His clear words were like “ sugar jitna dala hai utna hi milega, kam nahi aa sakta “ I think now the cafe is not justifying their Name- Health...
