We had the absolute pleasure of working with the Ladoos team and manager Balagi for my son’s wedding in USA, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, Balagi treated this event as if it were his own family’s celebration. His professionalism, involvement, and personal care went far beyond what we ever expected.

The sweets themselves were out of this world- fresh, delicious, unique in flavor, and beautifully packaged. Guests kept commenting not only on the incredible taste but also on how elegant everything looked.

What truly amazed us was how they handled unexpected last-minute challenges. When transport issues arose with international carriers, Balagi personally stepped in, bringing 22 staff members to pack boxes overnight, coordinating directly with couriers to ensure the sweets made it onto the flight, and meticulously checking every detail to guarantee freshness for two weeks. His dedication and personal involvement at every step made all the difference.

It is rare to find a team that combines such outstanding product quality with this level of care and commitment. We are so grateful for their efforts in making our wedding truly memorable. Visited Ladoos (Kilpauk) after seeing a lot of buzz on Instagram, but the reality was underwhelming. We ordered 2 Bhel Puri (₹220), Dry Samosa 250 gms (₹165), and a water bottle (₹10). The final bill came to ₹426 including taxes. While the presentation was fine, the taste was just average and didn’t live up to the hype. For simple snacks like these, the pricing felt too high.
