The Belgian Waffle Co — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

After dinner felt like having some desserts, me and my sister reached this place. Since our tummy was full and cant eat one full waffle, we planned to order one waffle and share it. We ordered butterscotch crunch waffle and the taste was good. So we thought of ordering another waffle and i headed to ordering counter. There were two guys working there (one elder taking incharge of billing and a younger one preparing waffles). I ordered for dark and white chocolate, for which the elder billing guy replied rude saying " why do you order waffles one by one and why cant you order in a single shot, it is hard to make it and have other customers not and only you. " he said me this when there were no customers except us.

It is completely customer wish what and when to order. Having lazy employee like this guy shouldnt be entertained.

Note to the owner:having such emloyees in company will always create a bad impression and down fall of the company. Kindly take action...

The waffle/food is amazing but customer service is really really bad... The manager/cashier/whoever that guy was isn't good with his behaviour to the customers at all... The way he behaves while taking orders is soo rude; and he wantedly irritates the customers by playing loud music even after requesting him to lower the sound... The best part was even after me warning him that iam leaving the place because of noise pollution, he literally dint bother to ask sorry or rather reduce the sound... With the same idiotic attitude he came to slam the door after I left... Such behavior with customers isn't taken at all... This was not once but I had experienced this second time which is why iam putting this review... Requesting the management to do something for this behavior... Really not done. Very much disappointed.. obviously you wouldn't care but iam never entering that place again n will never...

I happened to visit this place with my family.. The food was good.. The food was only good… Average wait time is more than any other franchise of Belgium waffle… The ambience is not good and the music system is tearing apart the ears… Employees are not responding to this issue even after requesting to reduce to volume… Have been to this branch a couple of time and noted are not maintaining stocks properly and wenever v ask for something they have never turned up on time.. The manager/cashier whoever is managing to premises is also rude to the customers and the responses are not satisfactory… on the whole a good food at a place where v can’t have in peace… Better try any other outlets of Belgium waffle than this… also the premise is almost closed or unattended for almost everytime… U CAN TRY IF U WANT TO HAVE UR WAFFLES AFTER AGES FROM WHEN U HAVE ORDERED… POOR...
