I have had a very bad experience. Since the employees there support regular customers talking unruly to female customers. And this is what happened:
There was full parking and I was not able to park my car. And there was an auto parked right in front of the restaurant and I parked my car just behind the auto.
While I was ordering and waiting for my take away ( just few mins). One of the employee came and asked me to take my car since the auto had to be taken. I immediately came out to take my vehicle. For which the auto driver unnecessarily, said “i have been waiting for past 2 hours, and why did u park your vehicle behind my vehicle”. And also said I have been searching for who parked the vehicle in an unruly manner.
I never knew he was waiting for past 2 hours because I had just parked my vehicle for few mins. Therefore he shouting at me was totally irrelevant. And for that I said, sir parking for auto is not there”
He immediately got prejudiced, and said so you mean to say oh so auto shouldn’t come here and eat. I never meant to say that but all vehicles are parked there and I also parked my vehicle there. He started to unnecessarily shout at me, and warned me that since I am a girl, he is talking less otherwise it would be more violent. For which his wife stated, “ yes my husband will talk that way”. For which when I raised my voice at the employee for supporting “their regular customer” and being okyyy to talk unruly to talk to their female customers and the employees wouldn’t mind.
I feel this shouldn’t be a way to treat ladies anywhere especially be okay to any nuisance a regular customer does.

Visited to place an order for Take away and had a bad experience.
Ingredients to prepare their signature pizza was missing and without telling the customer they prepare it. While enquired you'd be forced to compromise.
Veg Exotica had a Major Ingredient missing and since it was found and while asked about it, they lethargically responded and while insisted to add it, they promised to add a different topping instead. But while packing they've changed the pizza.
Branded to be the Veg Only Outlet, they've major ingredients missing at the store & have no accountability to inform the customer about the changes in the menu.
Instead they've the audacity to tell no mistake made from their end and they've no regret about on the order wrongly handed over.
Lost respect over the Brand and if these goof ups happened for a Take Away / Dine In where the customer is in the outlet, think about what could happen for their delivery through their executives or through any other delivery Partners.

Read moreThe service made me sick. This was the worst service I could have expected from Pizza Hut. The manager and the delivery team lack basic manners. Here's what happened:
We placed an order at 7:30 PM and received a notification that it was being prepared. By 9 PM, we still hadn't received it, so we called them. They claimed they had canceled our order after just one attempt to contact us, assuming it was fake. Despite this, the status still showed that the order was being prepared and out for delivery.
After we called, they said they would prepare the order again(9:30pm)
. I made it clear I wouldn't pay if it took more than 10 minutes. They called back saying it would take 20 minutes. The order finally arrived at 10:30 PM, and they expected me to pay the full amount despite being 3 hours late.
The manager and the delivery man were rude, dishonest, and only seemed interested in getting money. They couldn't even remember what they had said previously. Overall, this was the WORST experience ever. I never expected this from Pizza Hut, one of my favorites.
