This outlet is one among the worst outlet of Chaiwale - Kilpauk nearby mummy daddy store Kilpauk, Chennai , Tamilnadu.Very recently I had visited this place the service and food they provide is worst , we’ve ordered sandwich and the taste was really pathetic. While coming to service the people work here doesn’t know the local language and English too . For previous order we paid and We placed one more order which we didn’t receive even after 20 minutes and they stated that forget to prepare . Worst experience.

Kilpauk - Poor service & rude behaviour towards customer.We stepped in for a chai and did not have cash , the cashier insisted to pay cash. The credit card machine does not work ; GPay does not work.Cashier does not take any effort towards making a business - big or small.Can explain what is regular & medium - instead pushes for something larger. All the eatables look stale and no hand gloves while pulling out the eatables

It's been a week since I came to Chennai and was longing for a nice cup of ginger tea and this place quenched my thirst for it! I ordered the Ginger tea flask with the Chilli cheese toast and Aloo cheese sandwich which was amazing!! Both the puffs- Paneer and Veg were pretty good too. There is dine in available, but I went in for the Delivery. Thanks to Zomato, the chai was still hot went it came in!
