Worst and terrible service at front desk! It is just like a marketplace. This place is more suitable for foot reflexology if you DONT mind doing in a noisy environment. Moreover, they required you to pay 50% cash and 50% of your charges by card if you want to pay by card!!!!!

The staff laughed and talk so loud along the corridor and you could tell the movements around. You will NOT able to enjoy your massage!

We had booked appointment few days in advance. The coordinator told us to wait at the front counter for 15mins and 10mins at the waiting area without saying anything. We waited for 25mins for the therapist to bring us to the room but they didn’t even know that they left with one room. In the end , I waited for 40mins to get a room to start the massage. The coordinator didn’t bother to apologies for the delay or ask you to do some shopping and come back later. We will never visit this...

The massage I gotten was good but I cannot say the same about the rest. They mixed up or double booked unknowingly. We booked 2 hours for 4 pax, paid deposit just to be told at appointment time that they can only accommodate full body massage for 3 pax, another 1 can only do foot, neck and shoulders. Mind you, we paid our deposit only 3 hours ago. They also mixed up another group of customers appointment, they left without doing any treatments. During my massage, it was so noisy to the point there was no way to relax. You can hear other therapist talking to their customer, and the staff talking and laughing out loud. Front desk staff - just amazing! Knew one of them from Nagoya hill before they got transferred to Grand Batam. Very friendly and efficient.

We had 2 sessions of massage for 2 different days. Body massage was not as great because of the noise. You will not be able to relax while getting a massage because you can hear people walking around the walkway and talking loudly. With the main door accessing to the unit kept closing and opening, you barely able to enjoy the massage if you are doing 90 or 120mins. We will definitely not returning to this outlet because of the massage.
