Please pay attention to your customer service. They are suck ! Never response to any booking request via Whatsapp, even after 2days. Post follow up on the 2nd day, only then they replied after 4hours. This is not a pleasant customer experience at all. You should employ new customer service, else you will piss many people off. Your CS team simply sour the whole experience even before we meet the coach/ ice-skate.

Secondly, your booking systems suck. We want to get a trial lesson before committing to any future classes, but was told we can not book at all. So do you expect we 'wait and see' the whole day to be given mercy to try ice-skating with the coach? Shouldn't you know when your coaches are available in the coming week? We are even willing to even pay deposit to secure the slot too ! But we were turned down, why? We (new students) do not worth at all like the rest of the existing students? Please respect our time, as much as we respect your coaches time.

Given the above, the once excited and happy moment wanting to give ice-skate a try, now become a sour and bitter feeling.

Train your people to be good customer service, else you should not hire them ! Look at best practice in running an Academy. If I could, I would give minus stars...

Bad services. When I get there yesterday (Oct 30, 2018) with my 3 year old daughter at around 2 pm, the woman at cashier tell the information as if I'm stupid. Repeating the words over and over and telling things that I rather know. Like my daughter has to be given a supervising from me because it's dangerous and so on.

Inside, when I had just a moment enjoying skating (after getting the skates and put it on and just had a 1 turn rink) an rink operator lady tell me to get out harshly. Because without a reason, I objected. "Keluar Bu, mau ada pelapisan es!" and then I replied, "Ck, baru masuk" (just started about 5 minutes) and then she yelled hard, "KELUAR IBU, MAU ADA PELAPISAN ES!" and with that I have to wait about 30 minutes to get on my skating time again. It's such a shame the cashier didn't warn me before that I had to on through ice coating. Definitely had a bad experience on the bx rink and didn't have the intention to go there...

Great first skating experience, the people, the clerks, and the field watchers were nice, but take care of your belongings especially your shoes/sandals. The lockers are there for rent. Noob tips: take a vitamin D a night before skating, take a dump, place down your fragile belongings (like glasses, electronic instruments, etc), wear necessary equipments like socks, cotton gloves, knee and elbow protection, do stretching and warmups (do you want your arms/legs to see another day, don't you?)

and, go watch some quick youtube tutorial video about skating (don't be lazy), most importantly, don't be afraid to fall, that's the hard and most effective way of learning.

We out there, are mostly afraid or jealous of you on the inside, so take your chance, face your fear, and don't waste that money by just standing...
