I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jaens Spa Shanti Massage Centre in Ubud, and I must say it was the best massage experience I have ever had! From start to finish, every aspect of my visit was nothing short of outstanding.

First and foremost, Yunita, my massage therapist, deserves all the praise in the world. She exudes genuine care and dedication towards ensuring the utmost satisfaction of her customers. Right from the beginning, Yunita made me feel comfortable and took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences. Her expertise and skill in massage techniques were exceptional, and I could feel the positive energy flowing through her hands during the session.

The cleanliness of the massage centre is genuinely commendable. The moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the clean environment. This was by far the best spa experience I’ve EVER received! From the moment I walked in the staff was helpful, attentive, and there to answer any question before I could even ask. You are greeted with house slippers at the front entrance and a cold welcome tea and face cloth, while completing your entry forms. Then you are taken to have a foot bath before your service begins. I received an 1.5hr massage and body scrub, which was followed with a yogurt rub down (the best part!) and then shower. The scents that they use (you get to choose from three different oils and scrubs) are all amazing, so that was a hard decision to make. Once my services were complete, I went back to the front where staff were waiting to give me a hot tea and ask how was my time. The teas were delicious. Everything was just top tier. I’m big on aesthetics as well, and the entire vibe and aura that you get from the moment you walk in is carried throughout. They also have a store where you can purchase the items used during your services, if you’d like. I just wished they shipped them to the states! (And they actually might, but I didn’t ask).
