Pulu_Sari Suite — Hotel in Pulau Bali

Every time we come to Bali, we stay here, and this year we spent two and a half months. As always, the experience was excellent. The rooms are great, with air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. There is also a communal pool with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing.

The location is unbeatable. In addition to being close to the center, the same street has several restaurants and a small passage with great food. Just a two-minute walk away, there’s a sports club with a high-quality gym and excellent facilities, as well as an exceptional padel club. This street truly has everything, making the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

But what really makes the difference is the staff. We feel like family here, and we want to give a special mention to Puput, who always welcomes us with a smile and makes us feel at home. Her kindness and attention to detail are outstanding.

I had a great stay! The accommodation was lovely, especially the room on the upper floor with a beautiful view of the greenery, palm trees, and the pool. Even though it’s close to the street, it’s not too noisy. The bed linen was very clean, which is especially important to me, and I really appreciated having a small fridge in the room – very practical. I used the shared kitchen, which was cleaner than average – small, but very functional and spotless.

What I appreciated the most were the hosts. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially woman Puput, such a warm presence.

The only suggestions I have would be to provide newer towels and maybe offer a shower cap, since there’s only an overhead shower.

Great service and great value! It was 350,000 for a private room with Aircon, massive bathroom, and hot water shower. There's a pool with deck chairs to enjoy, and the staff rented us a scooter for 90,000 per day. We had friends staying in a villa nearby (for 2,000,000 per night) and whilst we wanted to be near them, we didn't want to pay those rates and were delighted to find this little slice of heaven!

The staff were lovely and there 24 hours, and even found us a room when we rocked up around 10pm with no booking. It's so perfect and I actually can't believe we stumbled across this by luck - it's definitely somewhere...
