Furthermore, there is a serious lack of seating both inside the mall and outside near the entrances. For a shopping center of this size, it is surprising how few options there are for visitors to sit down and rest. This is especially inconvenient for elderly people, parents with children, or anyone who simply needs a break.

Another major issue is the absence of designated smoking areas. Because of this, people smoke wherever they please — often right next to the limited seating areas outside.
