This is a very interesting place where a lot of attention has been put on decor. Similar if not more attention goes to how dishes are prepared. They are simply beautiful. The staff is attentive and the robots are a nice attraction. Unfortunately they lack both the charm (they should usually play a happy jingle while going around) and the compelling usefulness (we saw what looked the same model 1 year ago in Tokyo and it seemed a super efficient way to bring dirty dishes in the kitchen). Here instead many robots walked around, often with waitresses walking slowly behind the robot, waiting for it to find its place before they can serve the food. We saw waitresses losing patience a couple of times and dealing with orders in the traditional way as they were following a table that was getting impatient. We even saw a customer standing up to go and pick his own plate as a robot wad there, unattended (to be fair we only saw that happening once, but that table got served in 4 different "waves"). We believe that we had to wait too much considering the ratio staff/clientele present. Our 2 mains arrived in 2 separate moments, the second likely accelerated by a waiter (not the one assigned to our table) who noticed we only got one. Food was good but not as tasty as I would have expected it after reading the reviews. My ramen was a very generous portion but I had to add soya sauce to be able to enjoy it. Without it, it had a fairly bland taste.

🌸Fujiyama🌸 is hands-down my favourite place in Dublin! The atmosphere is stunning — warm lighting, Japanese décor, and even robot servers that deliver your food right to your table — such a fun experience, especially for families and kids. We were seated immediately (no wait time, which was great), and everything arrived quickly and beautifully presented. I ordered the chicken gyoza and spicy kimchi ramen — both absolutely delicious, rich in flavour and perfectly balanced. The beef teriyaki is an easy 10/10 — tender, sweet, and perfectly cooked. The drinks are their own house versions rather than standard cola or Fanta, which adds to the uniqueness. Prices are on the higher side, but completely worth it for the quality, atmosphere, and service experience. If you’re looking for something different — amazing food, great service, and robots that make dining fun — Fujiyama is a must-visit! 🍜🤖✨

I recently visited this restaurant and had an absolutely delightful meal. I ordered a side bento box for the chicken, and it was fantastic—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The gyozas were crispy on the outside and packed with flavor, while the sushi was incredibly fresh. Even the corn stood out, bursting with sweetness. My dining companion had miso soup and grilled chicken skewers, which were also excellent. The prices were reasonable, and the staff was lovely—attentive and welcoming. One of the most charming touches was the little robot moving around the restaurant, helping to clear dishes. It was especially fun for the kids, who loved watching it work. Overall, it was an amazing experience with great food and a unique atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

This was our first time there. We didn't book the table even though there is option for this service online. As it was out of peak hours we chanced it and there was a lot of seating. This place is really spacious and offers seating for most of possible combinations. Staff was very nice from the door to any stage of our visit. Food is delivered by cute robots assisted by staff. This is very cute detail that would definitely be appealing to kids, teens. Choice of drinks and food is very nice. We ordered few starters and mains, we went overboard but couldn't resist due to such a lovely food arrangement. All ingredients are extremely fresh and cooked to the perfection. Presentation is excellent and you can see that chef put a lot of attention to each plate. We didn't get to try desserts but definitely coming for that too as there is huge variety of authentic desserts from Japan. Overall ambience is a mix of tradition and moder Japan, everything very clean and fresh. Place...
