I am disconnected from Kaizen heating I am a single mother to two young children they didn't even offer to put a Meter in I have no hot water either. We are freezing and getting sick. I am locked into this account I can't change suppliers they want half of fifteen hundred off me before they put it back on. I'm not long out of a physcrstric ward. I was under the impression De Vincent de Paul helped me before been cut off because I didn't hear from either company I have multiple emails I sent to Kaizen explaining my situation. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night I of course will pay but how do I pay half of fifteen hundred it's not feasible I am shocked they don't have the compassion to know this. Other heating companies care for there customers. The lack of empathy is appalling it's leaving me crying every single day going into a depression. I have no family at all and no support. I am only living here over a year I'm not eust to heating companies I've always dealt with electric and I for sure know my bill is way over priced. The last call I made to the office the lady was so cold and judgmental towards me she just ended the call as quick as she could. Read moreJust as everyone else noted in their reviews. Kaizen is an absolute nightmare. When we moved in, we constantly emailed them for our first bill. Completely radio silence. We ended up figuring the apartment manager would get the bill and told them to notify us of anything we owe. Months later we get 2 letters, one stating to pay 300 euros and other for 1000. Since email was getting us nowhere, we called them, they explained it was for deposit and full invoice. We paid, but due to traveling we didn't get the 2nd letter until after we returned, and it was past the due date. We called them and spoke with billing, paying off our balance, but they had no explanation to why were were being charged that amount. Last week out of no where, our hot water/heating was turned off, and we were freezing all weekend. Upon calling them monday, the automatic system sent out a technician to turn off the water even though we talked with billing and were all paid up. Luckily speaking with the staff, they actually were very nice helpful, but seem to have no idea who is in charge of what. Read moreDealing with Kaizen Energy has been one of the worst experience of my life. Our entire building is facing issues and being charged wrongly (because this company just is able to have customers when the administrations impose them to the residents).
Their customer service is a joke. Every time we called, I was met with incompetence and rudeness. Nobody seemed to care about solving problems, and I was left hanging with no resolution. It's like your team was trained to be as unhelpful as possible. The minimum they should start doing is firing the entire customer support and hire prepared people.
Weeks with zero communication, not even replying to customers emails. They left us in the dark, the entire building is now organized to contact the regulators and make a formal complain. It's clear that Kaizen Energy has zero respect for its customers' time or money.
This company is a disgrace. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional, unreliable, and downright awful business in my life. You should be ashamed of yourselves....
