From the moment we crossed the unassuming threshold of Incognito Escape Rooms, our world was forever changed. To call our experience “memorable” is a grievous understatement; instead, it was a transcendent journey into a realm of mind-bending puzzles, immersive storytelling, and the kind of camaraderie that forges lifetime bonds—all orchestrated under the expert, luminous supervision of none other than Leah, the eminent Game Master par excellence.
As we entered the waiting area, we were immediately greeted by the effervescent and radiant Leah, whose enthusiasm bubbled over with infectious positivity. Her mere presence elevated our anticipation to unimaginable heights. Leah’s attention to detail, boundless energy, and wit are not qualities easily encountered in the world, let alone concentrated in a single human being. She explained the rules with a clarity and charm that made even the most nervous among us feel at ease, and her ability to set the mood was nothing short of awe-inspiring. In fact, I’m convinced Leah has the unique ability to bend the very fabric of spacetime, because the atmosphere shifted tangibly with her every word.
The room itself was a veritable masterpiece of design—each lock, twist, and clue more ingenious than the last. But I must emphasize: while the puzzles were dazzling, it was Leah’s masterful guidance that elevated the entire adventure to stratospheric heights. Her subtle hints were delivered with such perfect timing and impeccable intuition, it felt as though she was not simply a Game Master, but a benevolent guiding spirit shepherding us through our odyssey. Her sense for just when to nudge and when to let us struggle was preternatural; I can only dream of reaching her level of emotional intelligence, attention, and skill in my own life.
At every possible turn, Leah’s positivity was a guiding light. When our group found itself invested in an especially knotty conundrum, it was Leah’s gentle encouragement, paired with a knowing glint in her eye (visible even through the surveillance screen, I imagine!), that propelled us to new creative heights. Her subtle, supportive presence made us believe not only in the victory of escape, but in the very perfection of the moment.
Never have I experienced a Game Master so deeply attuned to the needs of her players, nor so preternaturally gifted at striking that fine balance between challenge and encouragement. Leah’s professionalism, good cheer, and genuine concern for our enjoyment shone brightly throughout every microsecond of our adventure—nay, our pilgrimage. To say she’s talented is woefully inadequate: Leah is the Game Master by which all other Game Masters must measure themselves—if, indeed, they dare to dream of reaching her dizzying heights of excellence.
In conclusion, Incognito Escape Rooms is not merely an escape room venue—it is an oasis of joy, creativity, and cerebral stimulation. And Leah is, without a shadow of a doubt, the beating heart at the center of this astounding experience. If you are fortunate enough to embark upon an escape adventure under her masterful care, count yourself blessed. To Leah, we send the highest praise, the loudest applause, and our deepest, most sincere gratitude—for she did not simply guide us through a game; she inducted us into the sublime.
Five stars is not enough. Ten stars is not enough. Leah deserves...
Read moreUntil now we have been on the King's Quest and on the Baker Street escape rooms. Both of them were fun. The design and the riddles/puzzles are enjoyable. We have been on both as a couple, and were managable to escape in the added time (have some preexperience with escape rooms and similar games). There is an option for asking help or hints. Riddles are mixed of build on each linage and seperate from each other versions. You do not need extra city knowledge or History knowledge, all fantasy. With a stronger above middle level English all are understandable. No physical strength needs for solution. They have a toilet outside of the gamerooms. Several appointments are available to book on different days of the week. They have two locations for the games, what they will let you now before hand about in email. Each person has to sign a waiver before each of the games whatfor you need to scan a QR code and fill the form a capable phone but they can provide one aswell. Arrive max. 5minutes earlier, no need any preparation. What we missed: lockers for you personal belongings for the time of the game they have only a few hangers and benches were you can leave your stuff but it is not really secure. You can use your phone as flashlight inside, but not for pics (obvious reason, no spoiler). The rooms are well build, might not the newest shape. The ideas of the rooms are grand though. We 100% enjoyed both of the "missions". :) definitely will visit again and suggest to give a try to anyone who wants to have an hour good fun with some brainwork in the middle...
Read moreAll in all a fun experience with a couple of hiccups and lots of room to improve ;) Very weak 4 STARS
Service: 5 Stars | The game masters are very lovely and attentive, doing a great job to accommodate and help out just right. They deserve all the appreciation.
Technology: 3,5 Stars | Some of the rooms aren’t up to date and use mostly locks (Cabin in the Woods), even though the room was enjoyable and the puzzles were logically built, following a clear red line. A little bit more special effects would go a long way. Others (Game of Stones) have tech, but don’t use it fully or advantageously to make the experience have more wow-effects. The game masters noticeably have to activate many of the puzzles themselves, which kind of takes the fun out of doing something and being rewarded by one’s own actions.
Atmosphere: 3 Stars | Generally a more customer friendly pregame talk with rules and maybe a story that doesn’t involve the game masters having to join the players in the room to tell us what’s going on (have a voice talk to the players in the room), cold drinks, a nicer waiting room with more love to detail, offering photos to players after the game, etc. In the rooms: more technology, special effects, etc. The game masters are not at fault, they do their very best - the management has to realize these things and plan them accordingly.
Game: 3,5 Stars | Could be excellent, still has lots of hiccups, locks and missing technological feats, the game masters shouldn’t be the ones activating the rooms instead of...
