É l'ultima delle Porte di ingresso alla Città di Andria. Rimaneggiata nel corso dei secoli, resta un prezioso ricordo del profondo legame dell'Imperatore Federico II di Svevia con la Città. Ad imperitura memoria resta incisa sulla facciata la frase: 'Andria Fidelis nostris affixa medullis'. All'interno dell'arco si trova un dipinto del Cristo Salvatore, che è circondato da numerose piccole croci votive. Davvero singolare come siano disposte in tutte...

Porta Sant’Andrea è un antico accesso al borgo antico di Andria e tuttora l’unico sopravvissuto; fu originariamente edificata dai Normanni e poi ricostruita dagli Svevi nel secolo tredicesimo.
