It took a long time to find the entrance to this beautiful garden. It needs more sign posting! What a treat this was, considering it had been where rubbish was deposited, the volunteers transformed it remarkably well. The sound of the tinkling stream, waterfall and well planted shrubbery and plants is truly amazing. It has to be said, I found it rough underfoot, but I managed. Nowhere did I read we needed VERY sensible footwear, be aware, it is ALL uphill, and downhill on the return. I was wearing trainers thank goodness. The carvings, intimate little corners, pebble collections all made the visit wonderful. ...

Very nice and romantic. Unfortunately no more water in small torrents and ponds due to droughts and climatic change.
