I recently visited your restaurant and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, primarily due to the poor attitude of the staff and the overall lack of organization.

What ever I asked for to order they say we do not have anymore

From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. Basic courtesies were missing, and when we asked for assistance or clarification, we were met with dismissive or even rude responses. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers.

In addition, the restaurant appeared to be extremely disorganized. Our order was delayed significantly, and there was confusion among the staff about what had been ordered. Tables around us were left uncleared for a long time, and it was evident that there was no proper coordination between the front-of-house and kitchen teams.

I had heard good things about this place, but unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements better training and oversight. Every guest deserves to be treated with respect and to enjoy their meal in a well-run...

We had such a wonderful experience at Piazzetta Lake Como. First of all, parking was surprisingly easy — there’s a convenient spot just before the roundabout, only a short walk away, which made the visit stress-free.

The staff were on another level of friendly — truly some of the kindest and warmest people we’ve ever met at a restaurant. They even welcomed our cat inside without hesitation, which made us feel so comfortable and cared for. The atmosphere was relaxed yet lively, with a genuinely lovely vibe that made us want to stay longer.

And the food? Absolutely beyond delicious. Every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared — easily one of the best meals of our trip.

Piazzetta Lake Como isn’t just a place to eat, it’s a place where you feel genuinely welcome. We visited here after driving 10 hours from Berlin and We’ll remember this visit for a long time and can’t recommend it...

Not welcoming unless you know the workers. We asked for a table for two and the two (bartender & waiter) looked at each other and said nothing was available. 10 minutes later an older Italian couple walked in for a table of two, the employees asked if they had reservations and they said no yet the waiter took them back to a table. A few minutes later the couple walked out. We stood in the bar for a drink and one pizza. After 45 minutes the table next to us was never seated with people. I walked to the back and there was a 2 top and 4 top available the entire time as well. We were there for 1 hour and 15 minutes and no one sitting in these tables.
