I’ve visited ischia two times now and I keep coming to this beach, It’s easy to reach by bus,car or just walking and it has all the necessary things . There’s parking spaces , a bus stop with taxis too, and there are a lot of restaurants/cafes and a few little shops . Citara is one of the biggest beaches in Ischia, just outside the town of Forio. It's accessed from the main road and has a good selection of car parks, as well as plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops to keep you entertained.

At Citara you'll find a mixture of beaches owned by restaurants or bars where you have to pay for a sunbed and umbrella etc, as well as a couple of free beaches.
