I’ve often wondered what it’s like to be touched by angels here on earth 👼, Valentina and Mena have a touch which exudes love, patience and kindness. PLEASE REQUEST THESE AMAZING HUMAN BEINGS ! I’m humbled to have stumbled into a paradise. Nestled on the enchanting island of Ischia, the Poseidon Thermal Hot Springs offer a slice of paradise where nature and relaxation beautifully intertwine. These hot springs are a true oasis, featuring a lush landscape brimming with vibrant, fragrant flowers that create a serene and captivating atmosphere. Visitors are invited to explore a network of over twenty terraced pools with varying temperatures, each fed by the island's rich thermal waters renowned for their healing properties. As you soak in these rejuvenating waters, you’re treated to breathtaking views of the sparkling ocean, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether you're meandering through the colorful gardens or unwinding in the soothing embrace of the thermal waters, Poseidon provides an unforgettable escape that delights the senses and nourishes the soul. You deserve a trip to the Spa so that maxima and Marianne may help you to remember “you Matter”! We will Never be good to others until we are good to ourselves, a day at Poseidon spa will bring it all together 🙏 Grazie Mille my Poseidon...

Beautiful place on the side of the cliffs, with direct access to a sandy beach. More than 20 thermal swimming pools, saunas and other facilities, restaurants, cafés. Absolutely stunning!

My issue with the place was their accessibility. Which they advertised so much on their website. Well, I wouldn't call it at all accessible. We arrived with a person in a wheelchair, paid the entrance fee, someone even drew on the map the route we could take with the wheelchair and the pools which are accessible.

Well, the ground that was marked as accessible is clearly not meant for wheelchairs, as it is not even, and I barely managed to push it through to the first pool which was marked accessible.

When we arrived at the pool, and asked about the hoist to lower down people into the pool, the staff told me that it was broken. No one even bothered to mention this at the entrance!

Also they mention a wooden deck which enables wheelchair accessibility (to a degree) to the beach. Yet again, nowhere to be found.

I know I am talking about a pool resort on an island, but we specifically went to this place because of the accessibility they mentioned on their website.

Stunning place, but not at...

BE WARNED

They charge you for ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING.

Be sure to take a towel and more importantly a stupid shower cap to the pools. Lockers also swallow your euros.

Nothing was explained to us. Towel hire (€8) and buying a shower cap (€2.5) are at the far end of the site at the back of the Efesto (no.12 on the site map) which seems a stupid place to put them even if they do charge you your right kidney to hire one.

We haven’t gotten to food yet but we know this will probably also cost us a small mortgage.

Beach chairs ARE included.

It’s a shame because the site is beautiful and they could do so much more with its design (I’m an architect), as well as just making the whole experience more inclusive for guests.

Fabulous spot. All naturally powered by thermal springs. Mature gardens and lots of small pools and things to explore. Sign posting within the site is also terrible so don’t get your map wet!

Tickets were €38 per person. Wouldn’t have been so bad if we had had a towel and hat thrust at...

Cool place for a relaxing day. Food is priced at a premium, bring your own towels, or rent them. If you rent them for €5 they don't allow you to exchange a wet towel for a dry one. You will need a shower cap, but they sell those there as well for €2.50 Follow the maps, go from pool to pool, finishing off with the hottest then the coldest. Keep yourself in the coldest for as long as you can, 15 seconds will do it, but 1 minute max. and you'll feel the amazing sensation of your body being revitalized with the "buzz" afterwards. Then relax for an hour and let your body rejuvenate.

Largest Thermal Park in Europe - 20 thermal pools incl. Kneipp, 1 salt water, 2 kids pools, sauna in the mountain and a large beach with all equipment such as standup paddle SUP, canoe, etc. Fantastic DAY SPA with massage, osteo therapy, facials, manicure, pedicure, thermal water inhalation and all the other great things! Beautiful boutique as well with a great selection for all tastes! 3 Restaurants with amazing seafood, fish, meat, homemade pastries and homemade ice cream! Live piano with chansons every day at 4.30pm MUST GO when you visit Ischia ❤️❤️❤️
