I never ever write a bad review but you deserve more than a bad review!!! Never ever will I come here again, I could give you -5 stars if I could!!! This is the worst pool in the whole world, not only in milan and my home town but in the whole world and I have been to countless pools all around the world!! I dont know where to start because everything was very very bad. It starts by the very bad website which even if you change the language to english there is still many words in italian so it took me 30 mins to translate every word and it was pretty hard to understand the webbsite so we didnt book tickets, we went there early and waited in the line even thought it said that the tickets were sold out in the entry but the entry guard told us to wait we mat come in. Very awful system, so you are telling me that I cant enter if I cant italian or if I am old and dont have a phone or cannot use it well? We waited for 45 mins then at 12:30 we could come in but we could only swin to 14 oclock!!!! we paid I think 14 euro/person at the entry (totally approx 56 euros) and the security in the entry told us that we need to have a swimming cap if we will DIVE in the pool, we told him that we wouldnt dive, only swim. Then we went in and the bathrooms was so so so dirty!!!! There was barly a place for us to sit or put our towls but for them its only about getting money, not about having a good experience or place for the coatumers. When we started swimming the pool security came to us and told me ”seniora seniora you must have a swimming cap and this is the rules of the pool” I told him about his CO worker at the entry that he said that only about diving, not swiming and he was like ”no no this is the rules, go buy in the entry” even my dad who is almost bold was forced to have a cap!!! So you are telling me that your pool are so special that you force people to wear caps which you sell very expensive and you inform me about that with very bad english in the entry by your gards, why doenst your bad website inform that clearly?? SWIMMING AND DIVING ARE NOT THE SAME THING!! Even tho english is not my first language, I can the difference. after all, we went and bought 4 swimming caps for 32 euros when we were swimming for less than 2 hours!!!! we paid 32+56= 88 euros for less than 2 hours swimming and a very very bad experience!!! My sister had a normal cap and the security went directly to her and told her to buy a swimming cap but there was another woman in the pool with the exact same hat from same brand but he said nothing to that woman and when I confronted him about her he tried to ignore that but at the end he went to the girl and only told her to buy a cap then went back to his sit and the girl continued swimming UNTIL THE END but for us he WAITED with us until we went out the pool!!! 15 mins later, we took down the pool stairs down to the pool, he came again and told us that we couldnt take this stairs down and that it is only exit stairs and that we need to enter from the other side of the pool!!! are you kidding me!!?? IT WAS A NORMAL POOL STAIRS AND IT DIDNT SAY ANYWHERE ABOUT NON ENTRY STAIRS OR EXIT STAIRS!!!! Then 30 mins after, we ate fruits in our sit place but he AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME CAME to tell us that we cannot eat here!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT WE CANT EAT IN OUR OWN SIT PLACE?????? In the 30 mins left of this awful place, the pool security and his CO worker kept staring at us all the time and kept standing behind us!!! Lastly, he came of course FOR THE FORTH TIME and told us that we need to go out since the time in out and its 14 oclock now!!! I never experienced more awful service and more rude staff!! so rude and so unprofessional!! we didnt feel welcomed at all, dirty bathrooms and complicated unnecessary rules where you treat ppl different in the pool!! We didnt feel relaxed at all in this 2 hours of our holiday, will never come here again and I will tell everyone about my bad experience so ppl don’t waste nor their money or energy on you!!!

I was scared at first before choosing to go to Bagni MISTERIOSI ("B. M.") by some reviews describing the location with dirty bathrooms and unfriendly staff. Dears, we are a family with two children aged 10 and 6, quite selective in our choices and we can tell you that on August 8, 2025 when we were at BM everything was perfect. The house rules are not strict and AIM to be civilized and respect peace and hygiene for the common good. ATTENTION: you need a swimming helmet if you enter the water. There are several price packages for access depending on the duration: day, lunch, evening, etc. The food is good (simple and good menu for both adults and children), it is clean, the water is clean (a little cold but on hot days it is very good), the ambiance of the place is extraordinary (you don't sit cramped, you don't feel crowded and the changing cabins and toilets are clean (someone wrote in a review that they would prefer a Turkish bath.... Not even close). I even witnessed an intervention by lifeguards who pulled a lady out of the water who had a panic attack. I noticed that the personnel responsible for the rescue were very attentive and numerous. In a word, a pleasant experience. Thank you BM!

What an amazing sanctuary in the city! It was huge and everything about it was restful: the music, planting and areas to sit/lie down. The water was cold but I got used to it quickly enough - a welcome change from the hot sun. The pool is huge! However, most people were enjoying lying in the sun instead of swimming, at least when we were here. I practically had the pool to myself! You need to use a swimming cap. If you don’t have one these can be purchased for €8. There are lots of lockers. However, you need to bring your own lock. The pool sells them for €3.5. I bought one, but noticed out of all the lockers only mine had a padlock. Most people just kept their bags with them outside. It seemed very safe. There were lots of individual curtained changing rooms, showers and even hairdryers. Everything was very clean indeed. We bought a ticket for half the day and it was €15. I’m not sure how much the all-day ticket was.

I recently visited Bagni Misteriosi, a fantastic bar with a beautiful pool where they serve delicious aperitifs. The atmosphere was simply amazing – relaxing music, a stunning poolside view, and a vibrant crowd made it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

The aperitifs were excellent, with a great selection of cocktails and delicious finger foods that were beautifully presented and full of flavor. The setting by the pool added a special touch to the experience, making it feel like a little oasis in the city.

However, I did find that some of the staff were a bit rude and not as attentive as one would hope. It was disappointing, considering the overall quality of the venue. That said, the ambiance and quality of the food and drinks made up for this, and I still had a wonderful time.

Despite the issue with the staff, I would still recommend Bagni Misteriosi for its unique setting and excellent aperitifs. It's a great place to enjoy a drink by the pool with friends, and I hope they work on their customer service...
