Minori is a charming jewel of the Amalfi Coast that offers a perfect blend of authentic Italian atmosphere, history, and natural beauty. Unlike the busier towns nearby, Minori feels peaceful and welcoming, making it ideal for anyone seeking a more relaxed coastal experience. The town’s seaside promenade is lovely for a stroll, lined with cafes and shaded benches where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze and the scent of lemons wafting from the surrounding groves. The beach, while smaller than some others on the coast, is clean and inviting, with both free and paid sections, and is perfect for a refreshing swim from late spring to early autumn. History lovers will appreciate the well-preserved 1st-century Roman Villa in the heart of Minori. This fascinating site features ancient mosaics, frescoes, and a small museum, offering a glimpse into the luxurious life of Roman elites who once vacationed here. Entry is free or very affordable, making it accessible for all visitors. Food is another highlight—Minori is known as the “City of Taste.” Don’t miss trying the local specialty, ndunderi, a delicious ricotta-based pasta considered one of Italy’s oldest, or treating yourself to pastries at one of the town’s famous patisseries. The town is also home to Sal De Riso, a renowned pastry chef whose creations are a must-try. For those who love walking, the Sentiero dei Limoni (Path of the Lemons) is a scenic trail connecting Minori to Maiori through terraced lemon groves, offering breathtaking views of the coastline and a true taste of local history. The walk is manageable for most visitors and rewards you with stunning panoramas. In summary, Minori is a delightful destination with a genuine local feel, beautiful seaside views, fascinating history, and outstanding food. It’s a wonderful place to unwind, explore, and enjoy the best of the Amalfi Coast without the crowds. Highly...

If you don't want to pay lots of money you just get 2% of the beach near the Port and the parking area is very small plus lots of traffic signals prohibiting parking but theres no solution. With luck you can find a public parking spot for 1€ per hour or some times 3€. For this spots the best thing is the EasyPark App, you can control the amount of time from your smartphone at the beach. Just read the instructions carefully because sometimes you need to leave a paper inside the car written with "EasyPark"....

It’s a small beach with private and free sections. It is very clean and the water is crystal clear. There is easy access and we suggest to park the car at „Della Mura gerado“ carpark, which is a 5 min walk from the beach. It costs 3€/hr - compared to other carparks along the Amalfi coast pretty decent.
4 stars because of the ferry’s coming in and out every 30 mins. They are pretty loud and smelly but it wasn’t a big deal for us.
Right next to the beach are several bars, where you can get snacks and drinks for a fair price.
Overall we liked it...
