Michele Inzerillo — Attraction in Palermo

Bought a shoe here for 120€ and had to return it because it was to small. Only recieved 80€ back, because they're charging 40€ for the shipping back. The thing is I already paid shipping when I shipped it back, so they haven't paid any extra shipping when they received the shoes. I send them proof of the receit, but never heard any answer back to my e-mails. Being ignored.

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND BUYING ANY THINGS HERE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm definitely never going to pay something here ever again, they still owe me round about 40€!!!!

Update: Because I can't answer I'm going to do the answer here. I paid the shipping costs here in Switzerland already, when sending them back. So you have no right to charge me again for the shipping costs, because they were already paid beforehand by me in the post office. After sou wanted proof of receit that I already paid, I send you the receit and you never answered me, you just ignored me. And normally there're no taxes or duties you have to pay, when shipping...

I purchased a pair of shoes from Inzerillo on Nov. 16, 2024. Unfortunately, the package was lost en route. I opened a claim with UPS and asked Inzerillo to open a claim to make progress with the investigation. They responded to my email the next day, letting me know it was done. I was pleased with their customer service up to this point. However, it headed south pretty quickly afterward. I have followed up with UPS regularly to keep track of the progress. I always kept Inzerillo in the loop regarding the next steps. Finally, it came to the point where UPS needed one last document, the proof of shipment, from Inzerillo to pay them. I have asked Inzerillo to provide the document 3 times since Jan. 22, 2025. They stopped responding to my emails. I hope a rep from Inzerillo sees this review.
