When leaving Italy, I stumbled across your gorgeous little gelateria at Malpensa airport. William was so helpful and knowledgeable about your product, he was polite and very friendly. The gelato - oh my gosh!!! I’ve just spent 4 weeks in Italy and have eaten at pretty much every gelateria 😅 and your gelato is by far the best!! It was so delicious I went back for seconds 🤭 and bought some chocolate to take home to Australia with me. Glad to be leaving Italy with a full belly of goodness!!

Every time I go back to Dublin this place is a stop I must do (to spoil myself and coworkers). Chocolates are delicious and staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to William for being very kind and for following me since I stepped into the shop, and for suggesting me some new chocolates to try — bringing the whole experience to a whole other level.

Brian at the MXP import was outstanding. He was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful and gently upsold us on lots of products we had never even heard of. I’m a big fan of Venchi but this was a broadening and exciting experience. The shop itself was immaculate and gorgeous and well organized. It was easy to find all my favorites. Highly recommend!
