The worst experience. They force you to lose your money once you are enrolled. Once you are enrolled, they ask you to withdraw before 31 october but you also have to submit visa refusal attestation so you can get refund of your fees. On the other hand, you can join course till 31 december. So suppose it is 29 october and you haven't yet recieved appointment at embassy, your money is lost. because if you wait to get visa rejection attestation, it will pass 31 october. so you lost money. on the other hand, if you apply for withdrawal, you can not get money as you don't have visa rejection attestation. I am extremely disappointed with Ca' Foscari University. I applied to this university and paid my tuition fees, reassured by their policy that I would receive a full refund if my visa application was rejected. Unfortunately, despite my visa being denied and providing all the necessary documentation, the university has refused to return my money.

The administration has been unresponsive and unhelpful throughout this process. It is disheartening to see such a lack of integrity and respect for students. I strongly advise prospective international students to think twice before applying here, as their refund policy is clearly...

Non li danno nessuna stella se potessi. Mi hanno mandato come studentessa internazionale alla Francia senza un visto, durante la pandemia cuándo non avevo ancora ricevuto il mio permesso di soggiorno italiano. Dopo riceverlo, ho capito che mi hanno informato in maniera errata. Ho parlato con loro e mi hanno detto che la persona in errata era io, nonostante che mi hanno dato l'informazione sbagliata. Poi, ho ritornato negli stati uniti e non ho fatto nessuna cosa più nell'università. Questo era nel anno 2021 prima che i corsi hanno cominciato nelle due università. Adesso, mi informano che devo pagare la retta universitaria per l'anno 2021 perché non ho fatto "il ritiro formale". Nessuna persona mi ha informato che era un processo formale per ritirare l'università. Mai avevo tanti problemi con un'università in tutta la mia vita. Non raccomando frequentare questa università. I wouldn't even give it one star if I could. They sent me to France without a visto, saying that my italian residency permit would be enough. After picking it up and discovering that I only have 1 month left of the permit, I asked for help. They told me that I was my fault for not reading the government regulations, when they informed every single international student that year that we didn't need a visa for any country we were entering that was part of the EU. I left before the school year began and came back to the US. Now, they're sending me letters saying that I owe them for tuition for 2021 when I didn't attend. I emailed them and they tell me that I didn't follow the "official process" to leave the university. Once again, they failed to INFORM me of that process, and now they're trying to get money out of me. DON'T go to this university.
