The entrance to buy a ticket is ridiculous. There is one person behind a desk, doing seemingly nothing and you can’t get a ticket from him. The rest of us who actually want to get on, are waiting in a line while everyone fumbles, and fails miserably with a ticket machine. ONE ticket machine. For the entire queue. While this is happening, everyone getting off the funicular has to walk through all of us to get out, because the entrance and exits are at completely the wrong side of each other. So, when you get off, it lets you off in the middle of the queue of people waiting to get a ticket to get on. Then, when you get your ticket, you have to walk back through the queue and make your way to the other side of the funicular. Completely inefficient and useless service.
