I've been to many hotels in Japan and even this hotel chain ones, but this one is not as good as I expected.||First, their service is not as good as they claim. Although I can understand Japanese, I expected the front desk would talk to me in English at first when I checked in, since she knew I'm foreigner. Their ad says "foreign language available", but the person did my check-in said that she can only speak Japanese.
