I recently had the pleasure of dining at a hidden gem of a restaurant located in the MOA museum. Though the entrance may be inconspicuous, the restaurant is nothing short of amazing.
Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the beautiful view of the garden through the large window. The tatami area was also a nice touch, offering customers the choice to sit on a traditional tatami mat or a regular chair.
The set menu was a standout feature for me, despite there only being two options. I opted for the sashimi set, and it was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were clearly sourced locally and were in season, adding to the overall freshness of the meal. I appreciated the thought and care put into the menu and wouldn't be surprised if it changes frequently.
The restaurant itself was peaceful, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Despite the fact that some of them were elderly, their service was not compromised in the slightest. It felt like I was being served by a friendly grandma who genuinely cared about my enjoyment of the meal.
One thing I absolutely loved about the restaurant was the local sake they provided. The presentation was cute and unique, and I was given the opportunity to choose my own cup.

美術館へは、熱海駅バスターミナル8番乗り場より、東海バスMOA美術館行きに乗りました。 10:00,10:15,10:30:10:45と 10時台は15分後にバスが出ていました。
