I actually booked here because my friend had stayed here in April, although she missed the mountain bc it was cloudy/rainy, she had an amazing experience!!
Super roomy, and amazingly clean shared bathroom and shower. They have staff in the day time that maintain the bathroom, shower and common area quite often. There is shared shoes for bathroom and shower so you don’t bring dirt from the outside.
The toilet is a bidet and greets you when you enter the room (smart bidet)
The place comes with a grill, breakfast where you can cook your own sandwich! The place has its own heater and AC. I know people complain about the noises but this is a camp, if you don’t want noises go book a hotel, not sure why you’re looking here.
Although the only downfall is make sure you bring snacks (they also sell snacks at the front and drinks) bc the closest store is about a 30 minute walk.

We wanted a camping vibe without a car & tent, at a space to disconnect from others and see Fujisan easily. We woke up to Fujisan right in front alongside plenty of autumn colours. We got what we asked for and more!
Our room was clean, warm, spacious for 2. The futons were comfy, electric water kettle, toothbrush, and towels all made the experience viable for us city dwellers.

Staff were all friendly and helpful, special shout-out to Kuni San (Ah Bang from Taiwan) who made us feel welcomed and gave us all the cool tips in Mandarin and English!
Hot Tip: Find time to pick up your groceries and bbq dishes near Fujikawaguchiko station prior to shuttle service. Without a car or taxi, this place is rather remote and the walk up (and the view) from town takes away...

That is the view from ground zero, whatever that means.
We had a bbq, could do a fire (costs extra for the wood and a fire pan?)
The trailer has a shower and toilet not shared and the staff were friendly.
You can get a massage there, and there is a nice waterfall/trail not too far away. Just keep following the road up.
It was a nice time, the night sky isn’t very dark though.
There was a nice night sky. More stars than a bolt up area.
You might be able to make out the faintest structure of the Milky Way, if you try really hard, but nothing like a true dark sky.
That is my picture on an iPhone 12 Pro camera with a 10 second shutter to give you an idea of what you might be...
