中華料理 桃宴 — Restaurant in Fujikawaguchiko

My husband and I went for a honeymoon in FujiKawaguchi area. We went for dinner around 6pm on a Monday and most restaurants was closed. This restaurant comes out as a shelter for two hungry souls lol. The chef is an obachan. Still, the food quality comes out as great. It took me a while to realize it feels like grandma homecook: simple and warm. Feel very satisfied with the sets.

Not to mention the price is very tourist-friendly. If you are on long day travel and suddenly crave some home-made food, definitely stop by. Regardless, the food tastes great...

They serves pretty good Chinese food, about as close to authentic as you can get around here. We ordered stir-fried cabbage with sliced pork, stir-fried vegetables with bean sprouts, fried rice, and mapo tofu with minced meat. Pretty good option after hiking, i was totally hungry and ate all with a great appetite !

Small family cafe, They got english menu, but you can explain yourself only with gestures (the only minus).
