We stayed at the La Posada cottage for 4 nights and had a wonderful time, the best time in Japan!||||We can actually see Mt. Fuji from our room (we stayed in unit A) and the lady who owns the place actually drove us to the temple of our choice AND to the main station to avoid hauling our luggage into the local small and always packed Red Bus! Incredible service!||||Of the places we stayed in Japan for 13 days, the days we stayed here were the most relaxed and enjoyable. We cooked, we spent time at the cottage and we visited the beautiful temple right next to the cottage, a National Heritage site! Wish we can learn how to hook up with the local bus to the Red Bus line that takes us around the lake. It is a bit of a walk from our cottage to the bus station# 16 to catch the Red Bus, but it allowed us to visit the fish market that had fresh sashimi and pickles and other goodies to eat at the cottage.||||Great place! Love the ambience and the clean upkeep....
