This has got to be one of my top things to do in Hakone. I stayed the night in Gora after a huge day travelling and exploring from shinjuku. Trains, buses, cable car trams pirate ship. I was glad I organised a night in Gora. I arrived as soon as it opened. There was a bit of a line up. Not many.
Easy to get to.
It was cloudy day so it was quite cool. It has the potential of being super hot. There are plenty of places to sit. Not really a place to have a family picnic but you could definitely take food there and sit on one of the seats and eat.
Some of the sculptures move and there are little secret spots to into. So take the time to enjoy this beautiful place.
