I was impressed by the chef's selection of the ingredients’ and the loving way to cook it. Sashimi, rice, pickles, etc. Other foods were also very delicious☺️ I want to go again🎶

アジフライを食べたくて、開店と同時に訪問💕 単品のアジフライに、主人は葉山チキン定食・私は葉山満喫プレートを注文！店内にはたくさんのこだわりが詰まっていて、見ていて飽きません。女将さんも気さくな方で、お人柄の良さが店名に表れているなあと😊 唐揚げは見た目はゴツそうなのに、とってもサクサクジューシーで素晴らしい🥺 満喫プレートの蛸もプリプリで、女将さんオススメの塩と山葵を付けるとさらに旨味が引き出せます。蛸＆スズキのお刺身に、サワラ・カマス・アジ(内容は日により変動あり？)のフライ串も良いバランス。フライにかけるソースはオリジナルで、サラサラさっぱりといただけます。鎌倉野菜のサラダにかかっているドレッシングも美味しくて、野菜が名脇役に！！具沢山のお味噌汁に広野豆腐やサツマイモの甘煮の小鉢も、それぞれしっかり美味しくて偉いです。単品で頼んだアジフライもふっくらと肉厚で、薄いのにしっかりと包む衣もサクサクと軽くて美味しい！！かぶりついた瞬間にアジの香りが口の中に広がって、新鮮なアジの風味を堪能出来ます！ SNS連動型サービスも充実していて、LINEで友達登録をすると日替わりで値引きされるメニューもあるようです。(今日はちょうど葉山チキン定食が友達価格でした！) 初回友達登録で10％割引なのも嬉しい💕 お刺身の盛り合わせも気になりすぎたので、リピート確定です！！
