Going to Morito Daimyojin Shrine and dropping off for a lunch here. I ordered the crab garlic fried rice. The portion is large enough so that you can get full. A good fried rice must be made by skilful chef who are good at wok tossing, the skill the tosses the food in the air to let the ingredients mix evenly within. This chef perfectly did that, I even hear the tossing sound in the kitchen. The eggs are mixed evenly with the rice, with each rice grain wrapping itself within.
