Ichiban — Restaurant in Hayama

Going to Morito Daimyojin Shrine and dropping off for a lunch here. I ordered the crab garlic fried rice. The portion is large enough so that you can get full. A good fried rice must be made by skilful chef who are good at wok tossing, the skill the tosses the food in the air to let the ingredients mix evenly within. This chef perfectly did that, I even hear the tossing sound in the kitchen. The eggs are mixed evenly with the rice, with each rice grain wrapping itself within. 三浦アルプスをユルユルと縦走して、下山後はビールを飲みに、お決まりの町中華に立ち寄りたい。

この辺は、インバウンド狙いなのか、オシャレなお店が多いが、我々のターゲットはそこではない。

葉山は土地勘もないので、下山後AIに「葉山の地元人に愛されている町中華屋さんを教えて」と聞いて教えられたお店。

日曜の13時過ぎなのにほぼ満席。 大きな円卓が4席空いていたので、連れと一緒にそこに着席。

何組かは満席で入れない状態。

運良く地元の常連が「奇跡的に入れた！」と言ってたり 地元民に愛されているというAIの回答は本当だったみたい。

まずはビールを補給したいので メガジョッキ（1,200円）*2と つまみに焼き餃子（写真撮り忘れ）と肉野菜炒めを注文。

メガジョッキが、こんなに飲めるのかと心配になる位デカくてビックリ。
