A lovely old station in the ancient city of Kamakura. You can get to many amazing places by walk from this station. Take a few steps, and you'll find Komachidori, the famous street with local shops around it. Get Enoden train to reach Hasedera temple, Kotokuin Daibutsu (Great Buddha), Inamuragasaki beach and Enoshima. If you plan taking many trips from this station, you'd better buy Kankyo Tegata special pass for 600 Yen, and you can ride Enoden and buses, as much as you want, for 1 day. Ancient city with historical impotance kamakura has the biggest Buddha Statue in Japan.. Bambooo trees are famous with the visitor .. very convenient area with supermarket.. MacDonald.. Kentucky Fried Chicken... Sizeriya restaurant.. .. i went twice their... Its always fresh and awesome to be here... Best beloved and traditional place in Tokyo... It tooks almost 1 hour from tokyo city with very affordable price(Sohan Shinjuku line ).. Highly recommend place...
