i love Donnie Q’s! they got everything in here, and foreigner can shop tax free here (bring your passports). this Donki location has CBD products now too, and an adult/sex section. they also got a Mega Don Quijote a little further away.

This is THE place to buy souvenirs before leaving Japan. The also sell lots of other goods at really reasonable prices. Beer, wine and liquor are a really good deal here, much cheaper than other stores. Candy and snacks are also very reasonable. It's the same stuff as in all the other stores, just cheaper. Look for them near train stations and in the downtown's of cities and towns. You will be glad...

Located right across from JR Nagano station, this store has three floors (from 2F to 4F) filled to the brim with merchandise. Tax free cashier is located on the 3rd floor, with the usual amount of minimum purchase of ¥5,000 before tax. The adult section 18+ is located on the 4th floor. Expect to spend at least a couple of hours...
