Can't beat the location but i got the very worst customer service from various shops in THIS one single mall in Japan!! It was so bad that i went to even talk to the local tourism office there about them: 1. Floral shop clerk ignored me although i have waited over 5 mins patiently while she was just busy wrapping up flowers, 2. Grocery shop clerk basically threw 4 pairs of disposable chopsticks in my basket roughly as soon as i asked for a pair of chopsticks for my sashimi 3. Went to a western style restaurant for strawberry parfait but this is way too sweet that no normal person can finish it while I DID because I traveled alone & didn;t want to make a scene 4. cosmetic counter lady tried to scam me by putting a product i didn't want to buy and pretend it was the one i wanted in the tax free sealed bag (both are same price). I bought products from this same lady 3 times in the last 18 months!! When she was caught she pretended it was a mistake and kept asking me to keep the wrong item because it is already paid and in sealed bag!! If you were solo tourist, I highly suggest to stay away from this mall especially any shops selling food, grocery and...
