If you are coming in via cruise ship head over to the 12th floor or where there is a view towards the front of the ship and have a beverage with you. Sit down and enjoy the entrance of the ship to Port of Osaka with the ferries wheel on the right and a nice bridge across both part of the city. We came in at the break of dawn and it was peaceful and beautiful. There are many transportations heading towards the city and plenty to do shopping, restaurants, temples etc. We did the private train and the public train to the city. Best bet is the whole day pass.
